CTI and London Build 2016 establish media partnership
The Confederation of Timber Industries and London Build 2016 have announced the establishment of a collaborative media partnership aimed to promote the use of timber in construction.
London Build 2016 is the leading exhibition specifically focused on construction opportunities in London and South East of England.
The event – to take place on 26 and 27 October 2016 at Olympia London - offers more than 100 conference sessions and CPD accredited workshops. It is expected to gather more than 300 exhibitors and thousands of attendees.
Benedetto Antuono, CTI Communications Coordinator, commented: “Through this partnership, the CTI will promote the use of timber in construction to a wide audience including key stakeholders and policy makers.
London Build 2016 is a great showcase for the whole timber industry, especially in a fast-growing, ‘house-hungry’ city like London.
Housing is a top priority in the new Mayor of London’s agenda and his pledge to increase the rate of house building to 50,000 a year represents an opportunity that must not be missed.”
